Bulk NEET Image Resizer
NEET is one of the few exams that demands two different photographs — the regular passport-size photo and a larger postcard-size photo — each with its own dimension and KB limits, plus a signature and sometimes finger impressions. Handling all these files one by one is tedious; this tool resizes them together in one go.
How to prepare your NEET photos
- Upload your photo (and the other required files if ready).
- Pick the NEET preset for each: passport-size photo and postcard-size photo have different targets — the tool applies the right dimensions and compresses to the accepted KB range.
- Download the resized files, clearly named, and upload them in the NEET application in the right slots.
NEET photo tips that save you a correction window
- Use the SAME photograph for both passport and postcard versions — NTA expects consistency, and you'll also paste matching printed copies on the admit card/attendance sheet as instructed.
- The notification in recent years has asked for a recent photo, ideally with a white background; many cycles also require the candidate's name and photo date on the photo — read your information bulletin and add the text strip if required.
- Keep the original safe. You will need the same photo again during counselling and admission — a year later. Save it in your email or cloud, not just in the phone gallery.
- Don't swap the slots: uploading the postcard file in the passport slot (or vice versa) is a surprisingly common mistake — the KB/dimension mismatch will flag it. The presets here name the outputs clearly to prevent that.
Frequently asked questions
What photo sizes does NEET require?
Two photos — passport-size and postcard-size — each with its own dimension and KB range, as per the current NTA bulletin. The presets above are aligned with those and label each output.
Can I use the same photo for both sizes?
Yes — and you should. Upload one good photo and generate both required versions from it here.
What about the signature and thumb impression files?
They have their own smaller size limits. Resize them with the matching presets and validate before uploading.
Will the quality survive the compression?
Yes, if you start from a sharp, well-lit photo. The tool compresses only as much as the limit requires.
Where should I keep these files after applying?
Email them to yourself or save to cloud storage. NEET counselling and college admission will ask for the same photo months later.
